Johnny Depp Sued By Crew Member For Allegedly Punching Him

In the suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Gregg "Rocky" Brooks says that he was working as a location manager on one of Depp's films a year ago when things got ugly during a shoot at the Barclay Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.

As part of the altercation, Mr Brooks alleges that after Depp had verbally and physically assaulted him, the actor offered him $100,0000 (£75,000) to punch him in the face in return.

Brooks said Depp smelled of alcohol and appeared intoxicated as he shouted obscenities then "angrily and forcefully" punched Brooks twice in the ribcage. Depp nor his representatives have issued a comment so far. A judge released Weinstein on the same $1 million bail he posted at his first arraignment involving two other accusers and was allowed to return to his Westport, Conn., home.

Brooks is also suing the film's director and producers for unspecified damages in the lawsuit filed Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Brooks claims the incident occurred while working on a scene from the film with Depp in downtown L.A.in April of 2017.

Fernando Hierro steps down as Spain manager after four games in charge
Belgium gaffer Roberto Martinez was tipped to manage his country having guided the Red Devils to the World Cup semi-finals. Molina, 47, is a former Spanish national goalkeeper and also played for Atletico Madrid and Deportivo de la Coruna.

After getting the curfew extended once, he was then told filming had to stop. Brooks, according to the lawsuit, was concerned about Depp's behavior and was reaching out to the police officer when Depp screamed, "Who the (expletive) are you?"

Rocky, who says he was fearful of the actor, claims that Johnny attacked him and punched him in the ribcage twice.

Brooks tried to tell Depp that he was the location manager and Depp allegedly said, "I don't give a f**k who you are and you can't tell me what to do".

The legal documents also include an allegation of unfair dismissal.

"City Of Lies" producer Miriam Segal and director Brad Furman are also named in the suit, as Brooks claims he was sacked after refusing to say he wouldn't sue over the Depp incident. Johnny plays a Los Angeles police detective who investigates the crime.
