Pakistan PM Abbasi set to visit Afghanistan to'reduce mistrust

Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi Wednesday said that Pakistan would send envoys to six important capitals to apprise the world of brutalities of Indian forces against the unarmed civilians struggling for their right to self-determination.

He was addressing the joint session of Pakistan-administered Kashmir (PaK) Legislative Assembly and PaK Council in Muzaffarabad on Wednesday.

"The Indian forces have been unleashing a wave of terror on innocent Kashmir people over the last seven decades but they have miserably failed to suppress their voice".

He said Kashmir is an internationally recognized dispute and its resolution lies in a plebiscite according to the UN Security Council resolutions, a radio report said.

In the wake of the recent Shopian attacks and the Anantnag encounter in Jammu and Kashmir, Indian high commissioner Ajay Bisaria met Pakistan's national security advisor Naseer Khan Janjua Tuesday, April 3.

The Committee reiterated Pakistans commitment to political, diplomatic and moral support for the people of Kashmir.

The Prime Minister appreciated the efforts and sacrifices of Hurriyat Conference for continuously highlighting the human rights violations and putting a courageous resistance to the Indian atrocities.

The National Security Committee praised the extraordinary courage and resilience of Kashmiri people in the face of Indian brutalities, gross and systematicviolations of all their human rights. They stressed that diplomatic efforts needed to be enhanced to sensitize the global community.
